At James Coney Island, giving back to the community is a priority and we're proud to assist those who have helped to make our company a success. Last year, James Coney Island donated over a half of a million dollars in coupons, gift cards, incentive certificates, food and cash in and around the Greater Houston Area. In the past decade, James Coney Island has donated a combined value of over 5 million dollars to the community.

The popularity of James Coney Island's community program has grown to heightened levels and every year, literally thousands of organizations contact us requesting participation in their events. We recognize the need for businesses to participate in your organization's event as being crucial to its success. While we'd love to participate in each and every one of them, the demand has simply outgrown our financial and administrative ability to do so.

This year, James Coney Island has chose to partner exclusively with ELEMENTARY and SECONDARY schools that exist within a three (3) mile radius of any one of our 22 restaurant locations. (excluding Bay Area Blvd.) For representatives of other organizations, please accept our apology for not being able to participate in your program at this time. You may however, check back with us in 2008. We value each of you and hope that you, your friends and families will remain loyal James Coney Island customers for years to come.

Your request should be presented on school letterhead and must include the following six items:
1. School name
2. School address
3. School phone number
4. Contact name and daytime phone number
5. Federal Tax ID number
6. The event for which your request is being made. For example: "Auction item for school's fall festival."

We ask that the school is located within a 3 mile radius of one of the 21 JCI restaurant locations to be considered for sponsorship.

James Coney Island reserves the right to limit the total amount of donations made each month.
